Every year HK Bookfair is a big thing. Supposedly you get tons of bargain. I don’t know…I did not buy any. My wife bought quite a bit. I used to collect hardcover book but nowadays… ebook is more convenient for me.
Pageone… they sell predominantly english language books.
Check out the crowd…damn pack. But this year they made the aisle much more wider. So..it’s create much better walking experience.
This booth is selling pencil for drawing….So…an artist drawing using their stuff…would be a good marketing draw…

I was hanging around Kowloon City Plaza and come upon Rubik Cube competition. An interesting events.
Most of the competitors are teens.

Anyway, it’s interesting to see Rubik cube has thrive in such a long period as product. When I was a kid, I was kinda crazy on this stuff….and the cube is still around…its like bogey man…never dies..hhehehe…

I was at my manga class and my instructor was showing off some of his beloved toys.

Tomorrow, D-Day for no plastic bags through out Hong Kong. If you are groceries shopping and you did not BYOB (bring your own bag). You need to pay $0.50 Hkd each. Its not much but it was free and being taken for granted. Now, we have to pay.
I am wondering… who will benefit this $0.50 hkd. If someone knows, please enlighten me.
Am I for it? Not really. All this GREEN talk is a language of the western world. They’ll never adopted it. I don’t see Don Hussein implement this BYOB in his Land of the Braves. Oops…I got to stop rambling before all those Green people start beating me up…
Will I BYOB? Yes, why goes against the trend? and Why pay?.
