Saw this car plate. Thought it was interesting. “Bullshit Two” – This my interpretation. This plate reminds me of a friend I know. Always NATO (No Action Talk Only) and when he can’t deliver, he goes MIA(missing in action). After awhile, he will re-surfaced again. And he is a good friend of mine…what can I say.
