On attending wine tasting workshop

Well, I went to a wine tasting workshop organize by the Hong Kong Heritage Museum. It’s a one hour talk and the time is quite short for me because I did not have time absorbing most of the stuff….
They open two types of wine. The chardonnay and the shiraz red wine.
After testing the drink, this is what everyone should write down….
