On still thinking about attending BarCamp Hong Kong

There are a bunch of guys who are passionate about the internet is organizing

I am still thinking whether should I participate in the event on Dec 14 and 15. I don’t want to be a participant. I’ll just want to be a spectator. Can or not???
If I participate, what should I talk about? What is BarCamp anyway?
